While Britton ruled out a reunion for the former co-stars on Nashville, she has high hopes for the longtime friends to get back together elsewhere.

"You’re going to see both of us back on TV together. We keep talking about how we have to wait a certain amount of years and then we can go back to working together again," she said.

*** Hopefully try to do it before y’all are 80… kthanxbai!

Kyle Chandler discusses “Friday Night Lights” and guest spots on “Nashville”?

To sum it up… he doesn’t think there needs to be an FNL movie and he sings as well as he dances, which I’m guessing is not well?!

You’re spending a lot of time in Nashville to make this show. How does Nashville compare to L.A.?

It’s a much more accessible and welcoming world, and the people are a lot nicer [laughs]. I just presented at the Country Music Awards, and I was sick as a dog that night, and Martina McBride was backstage texting her doctor then and there to help me. Another interesting thing is that the whole business here revolves around the songwriters, who are like scriptwriters in L.A. I just went and sawBonnie Raitt perform at the Ryman. She’s my idol; she always has been. The whole night, she was dedicating things to her songwriters, and she was genuinely thrilled to be in Nashville because half of them were there in the audience. It was a great education for me on how this business works.

Sara Bareilles and Jennifer Nettles and Connie… too many awesome people colliding!
**  I know they aren’t actually referring to Connie Britton, but I’m pretending it happened.

So, this happened…

“No One Will Ever love You” by Connie Britton & Charles Esten (Rayna & Deacon) will be available on @iTunesMusic starting tomorrow!

Despite rave reviews (and strong premiere ratings) for AHS alum Connie Britton's new ABC series, Nashville, the freshman drama dropped a whopping 29 percent (say wha??) in viewership, leading AHS to beat out Nashville in the 18-34 demo.

So not cool! And certainly calls the longevity of Nashville into question—despite nearly every critic out there singing its praises. (Don’t make us make a Lone Star reference just yet…It’s just. Too. Soon.) Nashville received a total of 6.8 million viewers, according to early estimates.

*** Okay, Americans… clearly you would much rather watch Britney Spears make the same expression with every contestant on X Factor or Ryan Murphy have sex with ghosts than support quality TV.

You’re writing music right now?
I’m working on it. My friend Amy Cook is an amazing songwriter from Austin and we’re going to try to write something together. I’m toying with it right now, playing around with it and we’re trying to write something for the show.

Any update on the Friday Night Lights movie?
They keep going full speed ahead, I think the only thing is going to be getting people’s schedules together. That’s surprisingly the hardest part making that happen. I know that there’s a lot of forward motion with it.

"If I Didn’t Know Better"  LOVE this song!

So, remember how last year we had to watch Connie in the psychotic and cringe-worthy American Horror Story?

It’s such a relief that Nashville is the TOTAL opposite of that.  Watched the pilot last night.  LOVED it!  That woman is brilliant!  Moving on, Ryan Murphy!
